(Annual Drinking Water Report) is now available to you.

You may request a copy of the report between the hours of 8:00 a.m. -
4:30 p.m. M-T or 8:00 a.m. - 12 Noon on Friday. You may also view

Acceptable Items: Old Appliances, tires, batteries, clean scrap iron.
$10.00 per load

Clean-Up Days: This is a good time to remove unwanted debris, metal and other acceptable items from your property. This is not for garbage. Anyone that allows a build-up of garbage on their property is in violation of the city’s public nuisance ordinance. Please see that all garbage is disposed of properly by calling a garbage hauler or taking it to the various landfills in Otter Tail County.

New this year - "After the Fact" Zoning Permits are $300. Please contact City Hall BEFORE you start your project.

Lots in the city limits of Ottertail under 20,000 square feet are considered "un-buildable" according to the Shoreland Ordinance [Click here to view the Ottertail Shoreland Ordinance]. Please discuss this with your realtor.
